Privacy
You give us a little information so we can build your bid profile. We use it for exactly that, and nothing else.
What we collect
- Signup details — name, company, email, your NAICS/FSC codes, states, and any notes you send through the intake form.
- Service correspondence — emails you send us (code changes, cancellations, questions).
How it's used
- Building and maintaining your bid profile.
- Sending your daily digest and service replies.
- Billing, once a trial converts (handled by our payment processor, not stored here).
Where it lives
Intake submissions are processed by Formspree, digests are sent through our email provider, and the site is hosted on Vercel. We don't run advertising trackers, and we don't use analytics cookies that follow you around the web.
What we never do
- Sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
- Share your watched codes or bid interests with anyone — that's your competitive information.
Retention and deletion
Cancel anytime with one email — your profile is deactivated and your information is deleted on request. Questions: info@bidcatch.co.
